For Allergic Rhinitis and Urticaria, It is recommended to consume one tablet each day under the prescription of a doctor.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The most common side effects reported in children between the ages of 2 and 12 are headache, nervousness, fatigue, and increased appetite. Therefore Childrens are prescribed lower doses of Claritin

Precautions and Warning

Bodyweight 30 kg or less: Do not take Claritine. For children aged 2 to 12 years and body weight of 30 kg or less, there are other more appropriate pharmaceutical forms.

Adults and children with severe hepatic impairment: take one tablet every other day with a glass of water, with or without food.

If you take more Claritine 20 mg than you should, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately – no serious problems are expected, however, you may experience headaches, rapid heartbeat, or drowsiness.
